The Company obtained the Certificateof commencement of business on 28th March 1995.PRESENT BUSINESSThe Company is at present providing both fund-based andfee-based activities on professional lines.Advisory services:The company is engaged in fee based activities likesyndicating long term and short term loans for selectcorporates syndicating working capital loans advisingcorporates on optimum and cost effective financing andstructuring financial packages to suit tax and cashflowrequirements. The Company is presently providing investmentadvisory services to its high valued clients through itsin-house equity research department. The Company alsorenders other services like private placement of sharesinstitutional placements etc.Corporate Finance:The company is involved in short term corporate fundingthrough bills discounting and providing inter corporatedeposits to corporates. In addition the company has alsofulfilled the short term fund requirements of corporates asan intermediary using its wide contacts. The company hasdeployed an amount of Rs 70 lacs in inter corporatedeposits. The company has a policy of taking an exposure ona company only after a complete analysis and the recoverypercentage has been 100% with no bad debts. Mr JacobVarghese Whole Time Director has been vested with powersrelating to decision making in respect of investment offunds.
