Our company was incorporated as Private Limited Company under the name “OBSC Perfection Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre on March 17 2017. The status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to “OBSC Perfection Limited” vide Special Resolution dated March 26 2024. The fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on June 28 2024 by the Registrar of Companies Delhi. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U27100DL2017PLC314606.
