The Company was incorporated as a public limited company onJanuary 8 1992 and obtained Certificate of Commencementof Business on June 5 1992 from the Registrar ofCompanies Tamil Nadu Madras. The Company is not aRegistered SSI. The Company is promoted by a group oftechnocrats with a view to manufacture and market premiumconsumer durable and domestic appliances. These excitingproducts will cater to the ever increasing demands of theIndian market mainly due to the boom the country iswitnessing over the last decade.The Company has its Registered Office at 14 South BoagRoad T.Nagar Madras - 600 017 and proposes to put up itsfactory at Sriperumbudur near Madras.The Company has also entered into an agreement dt. 28.11.95with M/S Magfo Indian Products Unit 2 & 3 Block I at JJElectronics Complex in Guindy Madras. for the Sub Contractof the assembly of the products in the initial phase. TheCompany now proposes to set up a manufacturing unit atSriperumbudur Madras. The Company is likely to commenceCommercial production by October 1996 for manufacture ofElectronic Cook Tops Cloth Drier Caminos Ice Cream Makerand Electronic air purifier. The present issue is beingmade to pant finance the same.
