Kumaon Pharmacaps & Chemicals Limited was incorporated as aPrivate Limited Company on 5th July 1984 by Mr. P.K. Singhand Mrs. Bimla Singh and Mr. R.V.S. Devendra Kumar for thepurpose of manufacturing Gelatine capsule caps. The thenDirectors relinquished charge in favours of the presentDirectors in February 1994. The company was thereafterconverted into a Public Limited Company on 04th May 1995.The Company now proposes to establish manufacturingfacilities for the manufacture of bulk drugs as statedelsewhere in the Prospectus. The company is slated tocommence operation by September 1996 as per the schedule ofimplementation given elsewhere in the prospectus. TheCompany has already spent an amount of Rs. 53.20 lacs onthe project as on 29.02.96.As the Company has not commenced commercial production noProfit & Loss Account has been prepared as on date.
