Our Company was originally incorporated as Amardeep Logistics Private Limited a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated March 2 2012 issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad Gujarat. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to Neptune Logitek Private Limited pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 24 2022 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad on April 5 2022.Thereafter the Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 14 2024.
