Our Company was originally incorporated as Amardeep Logistics Private Limited a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated March 2 2012 issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad Gujarat. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to Neptune Logitek Private Limited pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 24 2022 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad on April 5 2022.Thereafter the Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 14 2024. Consequently the name of the Company was changed from Neptune Logitek Private Limited to Neptune Logitek Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion to a public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad on November 20 2024.The Company’s Corporate Identity Number is U63090GJ2012PLC069268.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2012- Incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name Amardeep Logistics Private Limited.2013- Acquisition of our first truck initiating the process of backward integration.2014- Reached the volume of handling 500 containers per month across India.2017- Reached the target of operating 80 trucks and handling 1000 containers per month.2019- Implemented digital tools and systems to improve operational efficiency.2020- Reached the volume of handling 2000 containers per month across India.2021 Added rail transport to logistics operations.2022- Changed company name from Amardeep Logistics Private Limited to Neptune Logitek Private Limited.- Started export and import freight forwarding services.2023- Increased owned fleet to over 200 trucks.2024- Established 9 branches across India and implemented end-to-end digital systems.- Added air transportation services.- Converted from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company renamed as Neptune Logitek Limited.2025- Handled 55416 containers across EXIM transport and freight forwarding services
