    M/s Navkar Builders Limited (NBL) was originally incorporated as Navkar Builders Private Ltd. on 2nd June 1992 in the State of Gujarat with the main objects to carry on the construction business. Subsequently the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on 21st April 1995 with its Registered Office at Junagadh and Corporate Office at Ahmedabad. The Company is already engaged in the business of construction of commercial and residential complexes in and around Ahmedabad. The main objects of the Company are to erect and construct residential and commercial complexes to act as builders contractors engineers and architects as well as developers of land estate properties etc. The Company has already completed five such projects (measuring 250000 Sq. Fts) and at present having five such projects on hand as organiser and two projects as contractors (measuring 438000 Sq. Fts.)
