NATUPA HUE CHEM LTD was incorporated as a Public Limitedunder the Companies Act 1956 on 21st August 1995 withRegistrar of Companies Madhya Pradesh at Gwalior. TheCompany obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on15th September 1995. The Company has been promoted by Dr.Shalini Pokharna Mrs.Anjoo Malohtra and Mrs.Manisha Kamra.Subsequently Mr. Alok Choudhari was inducted in the Boardw.e.f. 10.09.1995 but resigned on 15.02.1996. Dr.VishnuAgarwal has been inducted to the board on 15.02.1996.The Company proposes to install unit for manufacturing AntiMalarial Drugs Processed Shellac Natural Colours with aninstalled capacity of 1200 Kgs 270000 Kgs 60000 Kgsrespectively per annum working on three shift basis byworking three hundred days a year. There will be no byproducts obtained in the process.The Main objects clause in the Memorandum of Association ofthe Company enable the Company to undertake the activitiesfor which funds are being raised in the present issue.Except or the implementation of the project the Companyhas not commenced any activity.
