NARENDRA PROPERTIES LIMITED [NPL] is a housing developmentcompany of the Madras based Maher Family. The Company wasincorporated on May 25 1995 and obtained Certificate ofcommencement of business on 7th June 1995 with the objectof carrying on the activity of property developmentcatering to the needs of middle higher income groups andcorporate establishments.The promoter Mr. Narendra C. Maher is assisted on theBoard by a team of professionals from various fields. NPLproposes to operate in both the segments of ConstructionIndustry viz. Residential Apartments and CommercialComplexes. The percentage allocation to each segment shalldepend on land availability and marketability factors butan overall ratio of around 70% for Residential Apartmentsand 30% for Commercial Complexes shall be aimed at.In residential segment the emphasis shall be on meeting thehousing needs of urban/suburban population of Madras andsurrounding areas. A foray may also be made in boomingmarket of Bangalore.In the commercial segment the concentration shall be ondevelopment of full fledged commercial complexes havingboth shops and offices in prime business localities ofMadras.The Company has a few projects on hand and is negotiating afew others which are at advanced stage of planning. TheCompany plans to carve out a niche market for its housingcomplexes by strictly adhering to quality construction andtimely deliveries of completed apartments among middle andhigher income group people.a
