Further pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on January 10 2019 the company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of the Company was changed from “Earum Pharmaceuticals Private Limited” to “Earum Pharmaceuticals Limited” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 23 2019issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company post conversion is U24230GJ2012PLC071299.
