The Company was initially incorporated on February 28 2005 as a Private Limited Company in the name of “M P KSteels (I) Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 bearing Corporate Identification Number U27109AS2005PTC007674 issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies Assam Mizoram Manipur Tripura Nagaland Arunachal Pradesh & Meghalaya Guwahati. Subsequently pursuant to a Special Resolution of the Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on November 12 2024 the Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently the name of the Company was changed to ‘M P K Steels (I) Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on December 16 2024 bearing Corporate Identification Number U27109AS2005PLC007674 issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre.
