Subsequently the Company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting held on August 29 2017 and name of the Company was changed to “Misquita Engineering Limited” and fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 18 2017 was issued by Registrar of Companies Goa.
