The Company was incorporated on 14.03.95 and registeredwith the Registrar of Companies Gujarat at Ahmedabad undersection 566 of Part IX of the Companies Act 1956. It hasobtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on28.03.95. This company was promoted by Shri Kariubhai. S.Patel and Shri Sujal. K. Patel and get the registrationunder section 566 of part IX of the Companies Act 1956which continued to carry on the business of the erstwhilejoint stock partnership firm M/s Minaxi Textiles. M/s. Minaxi Textiles was originally promoted by ShriKanubhai S. Patel and Shri Sujal K. Patel as thepartnership business to carry on the business of TextilesManufacturing unit in Small Scale Industrial Sector. Thispartnership firm was converted into joint stock partnershipfirm by deed of joint stock partnership dated 27thFebruary 1995 by which five more partners namely ShriJivanbhai V. Patel Shri Shankarlal N. Shah Mrs. Sonal S.Patel Shri Rameshbhai P. Patel and Mrs. Kalpana K. Patelwere inducted as partners w.e.f. 1st March 1995. Thesenew partners had tendered their subscription towards fixedcapital of the joint stock partnership firm. In this newjoint stock partnership firm the capital of the firm wasdivided into the units of Rs. 10/- each.
