Subsequently we were converted into a public limited company on July 29 1997 and we changed our name to MIC Electronics Limited. In the year 2000 Phoenix Telecommunications Limited was merged into the Company pursuant to the order dated September 14 2000 passed by the Hon?ble Andhra Pradesh High Court.
