For the sake of smooth workingbetter and efficient management and improvement andadvancement of business the said joint stock company hasbeen converted and incorporated under section 566 of theCompanies Act 1956 as Mehta Securities Pvt. Ltd. and wasconverted into Deemed Public Limited on 10-08-1994. By wayof passing special resolution at E.G.M. of the Company heldon 17th August 1994 the Company was converted into PublicLimited.The Company has made investments before the formalisationof the Screen Base Trading conducted by the National StockExchange and OTCEI.
