Mayur Leather Products Limited (MLP) was incorporated as aprivate Limited Company on 13th March 1987 under theCompanies Act 1956 with the Registrar of CompaniesRajasthan at Jaipur with the main object to manufactureshoe uppers of Natural Leather and Synthetic Leather. Thecompany was converted into a public limited company videcertificate of incorporation dated 2nd August 1995. Sinceinception the company is engaged in manufacturing ofnatural leather shoe uppers specialised in Industrial usefor international market at RIICO Industrial Area inJaitpura Distt. Jaipur in Rajasthan. The company ishaving installed capacity of 2.40 lac pair of shoe uppers(on single shift basis).The operations of the company are in profit and it hasachieved total turnover and other income of Rs. 590 lacsduring the year 1994-95 with a Net Profit of Rs. 44 lacsand during the first six months of the current financialyear ended 30th Sep'' 1995 the company has achieved totalturnover and other income of Rs. 544 lacs with a Net Profitof Rs. 60 lacs. The company is exporting its entireproduction to Germany and other EEC countries.SUBSIDIARIESThe company has no subsidiary.
