The Company was incorporated on 22nd January 1992 as aPrivate Limited Company under the Companies Act 1956 andsubsequently converted into Public Limited Company on 26thDecember 1994. The registered office of the company islocated at 4&5 Munama Compound Bhandup (West) Bombay-400078 and the works is located in 5&6A RIICO IndustrialArea Banswara Rajasthan.The company is already in possession of 15067 Sq.Mtrs ofland where the existing plant is located and there is stilla large area left for the requirement of the expansionprogramme. The cost of the project as appraised by GujaratIndustrial and Technical Consultancy Oraganisation Limited(GITCO) Ahmedabad is Rs.702.60 lacs out of which Rs.262.60lacs is the cost of existing plant. The cost of theproposed expansion is Rs.440 lacs.
