The Company was incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 in the state of Madhya Pradesh on 17th Nov. 1992 in the name Mask Investment Pvt. Ltd. subsequently converted into Public Limited Company and obtained Certificate of conversion dated on 20th March 1996 from Registrar of Companies Madhya Pradesh at Gwalior.From the financial year 1993-94 the Company is engaged in security trading. The Company now plans to expand its business operations and activities like Security Trading Investment Banking Money Market Operations (Inter Corporate Deposit Bill Discounting etc).Originally the company was promoted by Shri Lalit Desai and Smt. Heena Desai. They were not interested in expanding the activities of the company thus Shri Anuj Bhargava and Shri Raminder Singh Chaddha joined the company to expand the operation of the company. The company is being managed by a team of qualified personnels under the overall supervision of the Board of Directors. The other Board consists of Shri Gagan Vora Shri Mohan Jhawar and Smt. Nidhi Bhargava.The company is presently operating at a low level still the company expects competition from existing finance companies in the local market during its expansion programme. The company however plans to develop enough infrastructure to complete with prevailing competition in the market. The company will be focusing its energy and resources in setting and achieving targets in predefined thrust area with active participation of key personnel within the respective profit centres.
