The company was incorporated on 2nd December 1994 underthe Companies Act 1956 as "Maruti Real Estate FinanceLimited" with the Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dad &Nagar Haveli at Ahmedabad and obtained certificate of commencement of business on 21st December1994. Later on the name of the Company was changed to Maruti Infrastructure an Finance Limited on 27th March 1995 and subsequently thename was again changed to Maruti Infrastructures Limited on14th August 1995. The Company is promoted by S/ShriNimesh Dashrathbhai Patel and Rajendra Natvarlal Patel forthe purpuse of carry on the business of constructionactivities of the increasing demand for residential andcommercial complex. The main aim of the company ispromoting constructing and developing residential andcommercial complexes.PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANYThe company is presently engaged in the business ofconstruction and estate development activities. The companyshall develop 753907 sq.fts area of commercial andresidential schemes in and around the most developed areaof Ahmedabad city by way of developing six variousdevelopment schemes already in hand. All these schemes areexpected to be completed by end of August. 1998. The company expect to complete construction worth Rs. 750.00 lacsin one year. The company has already deployed Rs. 200.00lacs towards capital work in progress and development ofproperties and to advance to procure certain fixed assets.The company has already entered into agreement to developresidential/commercial project costing worth Rs. 1423.09lacs.
