The Company was originally incorporated as “Mac Hotels Private Limited” at Goa as a Private Limited Company under the provision of Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated December 20 1990 bearing Corporate Identification Number U55101GA1990PLC001100 issued by the Registrar of Companies Goa Daman & Diu. Subsequently our Company was converted into a public limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed by the members in Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on July 27 2017 and the name of our Company was changed to Mac Hotels Limited vide a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 10 2017 Issued by the Registrar of Companies Rajasthan.
