Lime Chemicals Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 17th October 1970 and registered with the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Bombay. The Company was converted into Public Limited Company on 10th July 1986.Initially the Company was engaged in the production of Precipitated Calcium Carbonate. In 1981-82 and in 1986-87 the Company went for expansion and also for manufacture of additional products. viz. Activated Calcium Carbonate. The Company''s Plant is located at Roha Dist. Raigadh Maharashtra. The existing installed capacity of the plant is 18000 MT per annum. The Company manufactures the product. viz. Calcium Carbonate on indigenously built technology that has varied applications in diverse industries like Tooth Paste PVC Cosmetics Pharmaceuticals Rubber Formulations Paints Printing Ink Cables. etc.MAIN OBJECTSThe main objects of the Company as set out in the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company are as follows :1.
