Ashni Finance Limited was incorporated as Lesha Finstock Private Limited on 23rd November 1992. The Company was then converted into a Public Limited Company and its name was changed to Ashni Finance Limited wide special resolution dated 30.09.1995 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on 27th November 1995 from the Registrar of Companies Gujarat at Ahmedabad. The Company was incorporated for carrying on the business of finance investment & financial services. The Company has applied to Reserve Bank of India for registration as a Non Banking Finance Company vide its application letter dated 12.12.1995.Present BusinessThe Company is engaged in the business of dealing in stocks and securities since its inception. The Company adopts an investment policy of focussing itself in the primary and secondary market by identifying fundamentally sound companies for short term as well as long term opportunities. In view of the emerging business opportunities available to the Company it now proposes to extend its portfolio of activities to other fund based activities.Investment Policies and DecisionsThe companies with sound corporate managements excellent past performance and prospects of good future growth are considered for trading and investments. Each trading and investment decisions will be considered by a committee comprising Directors and Executives keeping in mind the risk liquidity investment exposure and other relevant factors. The recommendation of the investment committee would be forwarded to the Managing Director to take the final investment decision. The decision would be conveyed to the board of directors for sanction and approval. The position of each scrip will be reviewed and monitored continuously by the committee for suitable action.SUBSIDIARIES The Company does not have any subsidiaries.
