The Company was incorporated as "Si. Vi. Shipping Corporation Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated February 07 2012 bearing registration no. 068922 in Surat Gujarat. Subsequently the Company was converted into a public limited company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 20 2013 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to "Si. Vi. Shipping Corporation Limited".
