The Company was originally incorporated on January 07 2010 as “Laxmi Goldorna House Private Limited” vide Registration No. 059127/ 2009-2010 under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Further the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed from “Laxmi Goldorna House Private Limited” to “Laxmi Goldorna House Limited” vide Special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on July 08 2017 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 25 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad.The Company was originally promoted by Mr. Jayesh Chinubhai Shah and Mrs. Rupalben Jayeshkumar Shah who were the initial subscribers to the Company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association in the year 2009-10 and also they are Present Promoters of the Company.Key Events and Mile Stones :2010- Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of “Laxmi Goldorna House Private Limited”2017- Converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 25 2017.2019- Started the operation in Real Estate Segment.
