Our Company was originally incorporated under the name “Landmark Immigration Consultants Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated October 5 2010 issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies Punjab Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh Subsequently the status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to “Landmark Immigration Consultants Limited” vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on March 13 2024. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on June 20 2024 by the Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre.
