Kumbhat Financial Services Limited (KFSL) is a company promotedby the House of Kumbhats which has been in Electrical Industryand trade for over four decades and headed by Mr. Shanti Kumbhatand assisted by Mr. Ashok Kumbhat and Mr. Ajit KumbhatChartered Accountants and partners of M/s. Kumbhat & Co.Chartered Accountants Madras.The company was incorporated as a Public Limited company on 18thFebruary 1993 and obtained the certificate of commencement ofbusiness on 2nd March 1993. The company initially started witha capital base of Rs.6 lacs in the beginning of the year 1994.The capital increased to Rs.1.10 crores during the year 1994-95.The Company is managed by a Board of Directors consisting ofeminent persons. The company is presently active in the fieldsof lease/hire purchase. The demand for Hire purchase Finance forcommercial vehicles and Leasing of plant and machinery have beensteadily increasing. In order to meet this increasing demand andat the same time to increase the capital base the Board ofDirectors have decided to increase the share capital through apublic issue.
