The Company was Incorporated on 19th September 1994 underthe Companies Act 1956 with Registrar of companiesGujarat at Ahmedabad as IDEAL OPTICS LIMITED. The companyproposes to set up a project for manufacture of 180000pieces of intra ocular lens per annum. The Company hasobtained all the required licenses/approvals for theproject except approval of foreign collaboration from theMinistry of Industry Government of India New Delhi andpower connection from Gujarat electricity Board. TheCompany has already applied for these approvals and thesame are awaited from the concerned authorities. TheCompany is in the process of implementing the aforesaidproject. The Company is in the process of implementing theaforesaid project. The Company obtained the certificate ofcommencement of business on 4th October 1994.
