The Company was converted into a publiclimited company and fresh certificate of incorporation wasobtained on 15th December 1994. The Company was promoted by Sh. Y.I.R Sehgal and LateSh.Ashok Kumar Wadhawan. Sh. Y.I.R Sehgal Chairman andManaging Director of the Company is a Mechanical Engineerand MBA.
