Our Company was originally incorporated as “Company Limited by Shares” under the name “Konstelec Engineers Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 and the Certificate of Incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies Mumbai Maharashtra on December 05 1995 vide certificate of incorporation bearing CIN U45203MH1995PTC095011 issue by Central Registration Centre Registrar of Companies.
