Our Company was incorporated on January 23 2015 as ‘Kay Cee Energy & Infra Private Limited’ a private limited company under the Companies Act 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated January 23 2015 issued by the Registrar of Companies Jaipur. Subsequently our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on September 13 2023 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to ‘Kay Cee Energy & Infra Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 12 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Jaipur.
