Further the name of the company was changed from “Kandarp Management Services Private Limited” to “Kandarp Digi Smart BPO Private Limited” and fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 09 2021 was issued by Registrar of Companies Delhi. Subsequently the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of company was changed from “Kandarp Digi Smart BPO Private Limited” to “Kandarp Digi Smart BPO Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 22 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies Delhi.The Company was originally promoted by Mr. Sunil Kumar Rai and Mrs. Meenakshi Pathak who were the initial subscribers to the Company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association.
