Our Company was incorporated on January 06 2004 as ‘Jyoti Polycontainers Private Limited’ a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated January 06 2004 issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra at Mumbai. Further the name of our company was changed to ‘Jyoti Global Plast Private Limited’ pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of our shareholders held on April 23 2022 consequent upon which a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 11 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra at Mumbai. Subsequently our company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of our shareholders held on October 25 2024 and the name of our Company was changed to ‘Jyoti Global Plast Limited’ with a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 30 2024 issued to our Company by the Assistant Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre.
