Jindal Integrated Lea-Co-Fin Ltd.(JILL) was incorporated on20th February 1995 and obtained Certificate ofCommencement of Business on 14th June 1995 from Registrarof Companies Maharashtra at Bombay.The Company has been classified under the category of LoanCompany under Non-Banking Financial Companies (ReserveBank) Directions 1977 vide RBI letter DFC(Bom) No. R.913/BM(Mb)/LC(J)-95/95-96 dtd. 04/10/95. The Company canundertake the activities proposed by it in view of thepresent approval and no further approvals from anyGovernment authority are required by the Company toundertake the proposed activities.PRESENT ACTIVITIESThe Company is presently engaged in short term financinglike Inter Corporate Deposits and Bill Discounting.The Company has carefully devised distinct investmentpolicies for each of investment activities like leasefinance short term financing and investment in capitalmarkets while taking into account high risk associated withthese activities. Before undertaking an investmentdecision the Company will scrutinize track record andmanagement of the Company financial ratios type ofindustry future prospects of the industry in general and0Company in particular. It will also assess the strengthsand weaknesses of the Company vs. external factors thesecurity of transaction risk benefit analysis etc. TheCompany will have a separate department to carry outdetailed analysis as per the said rules and on basis ofsuch recommendations the management will take finaldecision for investment.
