Jyoti Exports into Pubic LimitedCompany which received a Certificate of Commencement ofBusiness on 6th July 1994. Subsequently name was changedto Robinson Impex (India) Limited and received a freshcertificate of incorporation for the change of name issuedby Registrar of Companies Gujarat on 7th March 1995.M/s. Jyoti Exports a partnership firm was having annualturnover of Rs. 66.28 lacs for Carrying out exports ofpharmaceuticals chemicals and other commodities in1992-93. The firm''s turnover grew from Rs. 66.201 (for theyear 1992-93) to Rs. 1839.70 Lacs (for the year 1994-95).Robinson Impex (India) Limited Previously known as JyotiExport (India) Limited took over all the assets andliabilities of the firm at book value without anyrevaluation of its assets by making deed of Co-partner on10th May 1994.
