Our Company was originally incorporated on May 10 2011 as a Private Limited Company in the name of “Jayesh Logistics Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by Deputy Registrar of Companies West Bengal bearing CIN U63090WB2011PTC162464. Subsequently our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on July 22 2024 and the name of our Company was changed to “Jayesh Logistics Limited” and a Fresh certificate of incorporation bearing CIN U63090WB2011PLC162464 dated August 13 2024 was issued by Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre.Major Events and Milestones:2011- Incorporation of the Company under the name of Jayesh Logistics Private Limited2020- Certified with ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System for providing services in the field of transportation and warehousing2022- Certified with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System for providing services in the field of transportation and warehousing by2024- Converted to Public Limited Company
