Jagsonpal Finance & Leasing Limited was incorporated as aPrivate Limited Company on 20th February 1991 andsubsequently converted into a Public Limited Company on25th July 1994 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation wasissued by Registrar of Companies National CapitalTerritory of Delhi & Haryana at New Delhi on 23rd August1994.The Company started its activities in February 1991. Duringthe initial period the Company mainly engaged itself inextensive research in orderto identify and assess thevarious segments which it proposes to enter. Accordinglythe Company invested its funds in the Fixed Deposit Schemeand earned an income of 0.103 Lacs and 0.208 Lacs in the year1992 and 1993 respectively. In the year 1993 the Companycommenced leasing and hire purchase activities which itwould like to expand by entering into consumer finance. Atpresent the Company has adequate staff commensurate withthe size of its capital.The Company is presently engaged in diversified businessactivities with potential for growth such as Leasing HirePurchase and Financial Consultancy and in view of the vastpotential the company intends to enhance its activities inthese fields by broadbasing the existing infrastructure.MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANYThe main objects as contained in Memorandum of Associationof the Company are:1. To carry on the business of General Finance Company andto finance for purchasing and selling of industrial andoffice plants equipments machinery vehicles buildingsreal estates electri- cal and electronic equipmentscomputers and othercapital goods to industrial andcommercial undertakings.2. To carry on the business of leasing and as such to giveon lease all kinds of equipments plant and machineryhousehold articles land buildings agricultural landplantations goods articles and commodities of all kindsand other movable and immovable properties rights claimsand other interests therein.3. To carry on and undertake the business of leasingtrading hire purchase chartering renting repairing andto finance Lease operations of all kinds and purchasingselling hiring or letting on hire all kinds of plantmachinery Diesel Generator sets data processingequipments and computers motor car and other vehicles.4. To carry on the business of housing finance and as suchto undertake financing either wholly or partially of flatshouses buildings structures super structures factorybuildings cinema houses industrial estates group houseshops godowns cold storage water tanks hotelsproperties real estates and of all kinds town and colonydevelopment plans whether on cash down hire purchasedeferred payments or instalments basis.5.
