Jagan Li-Tech Lamps Limited was incorporated as a Public LimitedCompany on 8th January 1993 and obtained Certificate ofCommencement of business on 2nd February 1993 from theRegistrar of Companies Delhi & Haryana. The registered officeof the company is in Delhi and the proposed plant is to belocated at Kundli Distt. Sonepat (Haryana).The Company entered into a foreign collaboration agreementboth technical and financial on 2nd April 1993 with M/sLi-Tech Corporation South Korea for manufacture of H4 TypeHalogen Lamps. The collaborator is providing the Indian Companywith technical know-how for the manufacture of the product.Major raw materials and plant and machinery for the proposedproject are also being provided by the collaborator. The ForeignCollaborator will also depute his Technical personnel fortraining the personnel of the company in functions relating todesign & manufacture of products.The Company expects to commence commercial production fromApril 1995.The company after obtaining certificate of incorporation hasfinalised the arrangement with foreign collaborator completedthe formalities for acquisition of land obtained necessaryapprovals from various authorities connected with the projectand got the limits sanctioned by Union Bank of India. Thecompany has also commenced construction of factory building andfinalised orders for various items of indegenous machinery.
