ISHAAN INFRASTRUCTURES & SHELTERS LIMITED was incorporatedas a Public Limited Company on 19th October 1995 with TheRegistrar of Companies Gujarat at Ahmedabad and obtainedthe Certificate for Commencement of Business on 24thOctober 1995.The Company proposes to engage in real estate development &construction in the state of Gujarat.MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY:The main objects of the Company as stated in Memorandum andArticles of Association are as follows:1. To undertake or direct the construction and themaintenance of and to acquire by purchase lease exchangehire or otherwise lands properties building and estatesof any tenure any interest therein to sell lease letmortgage or otherwise dispose off the same and purchase andsell for self or for any person free hold or lease holdlands house properties buildings offices factoriesworkshops godowns farm houses farms and any kind oflanded properties or any share/interests therein and tocarry on the business of land and estate agents oncommission of otherwise without commission.2. To carry on the business of and act as promotersorganiser and developers of lands estates propertiesco-operative housing societies associations housingschemes shipping-office complexes townships farms farmhouses holiday reasorts hotels motels and to financewith or without security for the same and to deal with andimprove such properties either as owner as agents.The Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association ofthe Company enables the Company to undertake the activitiesfor which the funds are being raised for the present issueand also the activities which the Company has been carryingon till date.SUBSIDIARIES OF THE COMPANY:The Company does not have any subsidiary within the meaningof Section 4 of the Companies Act 1956.
