The registered office of our Company was shifted from Panduronga Timblo Industries Akash Bhavan 2nd Floor Opp. Canara Bank Panjim Goa India to Building No. 5 & 6 Unit No. 801 8th Floor Mindspace SEZ Thane Belapur Road Airoli Navi Mumbai Thane Maharashtra India – 400708 pursuant to a special resolution dated June 10 2019.
