Fortune Informatics Ltd. (FIL) was incorporated on 24th day of July 1990 as Fortune Office Systems Pvt. Ltd. under the Companies Act 1956 with Registration No. 01-11510. The name was subsequently changed to Fortune Informatics Pvt. Ltd on 17th February 1999 and converted into a public Limited Company under Section 31/(1)/44 of the Companies Act 1956 in terms of resolution passed on 28th February 1999. The Registered office of the Company is situated at 97 Tower Street Sardar Patel Road Secunderabad - 500 003.FIL is an existing profit making company engaged in design development and marketing of software products and in implementation of projects for the domestic market compliant with ISO 9001 Quality Systems. The Company was originally engaged in the business of trading in computer hardware and office automation equipment. During the year 1997-98 FIL shifted its focus onto software development and services. Theresults of software business have accrued during the accounting year 1998-99.Within a short span FIL emerged as a forerunner in product development offering turnkey software solutions to the Government of Andhra Pradesh. FIL''s PAPYRUS for CARD (Computer-aided Administration of Registration Department) project has been successfully implemented in 214 Sub-Registrars'' offices in Andhra Pradesh making it the first major project of Andhra Pradesh government towards e-governance.The financial results of the Company for the last three years are as follows : (Rs.
