Integrated Proteins Limited was incorporated as Public LimitedCompany on October 14 1992 vide certificate No. 04-18426 issuedby the Registrar of Companies Gujarat. The Company obtained itscertificate for commencement of business on January 1 1993.For the period from inception till January 1994 the Company wasengaged in the setting up the requisite infrastructure and didnot carry out any significant commercial activity. The Companyis presently engaged in the business of trading of de-oiledcake and has achieved sales turnover of over Rs.35.59 lacsfor eight months from 1.01.94 to 31.08.94. The Company purchasedthe rapeseed extractions from several sources like Jay AmbeyTrading Co. Tehsil Fatehpur (Barabanki) Sagar Cargo Pvt.Ltd. Bombay Panka Agro Protinex Ltd. Dabok and Pankaj OilCake Ltd. Rajkot. The Company sold the rapeseed extractions tooverseas parties like Toepfler International (Asia) Pte Ltd.Singapore Peter Cremer GmbH & Co. Hamburg Germany and Krohn& Co. Hamburg Germany.The Company now plans to enter into the business of solventextraction and refining of oil. As a result in future theCompany expects to meet the requirement for deoiled cake fromwithin its own capacity. Towards that end the Company proposesset up a solvent extraction plant for processing 100 tonnes perday Soyabean seed or 150 tonnes per day Rapeseed/Groundnut-cake and a oil-refinery with a capacity of refining 20 tonnesper day of oil.
