The Company was incorporated on 5th December 1989 as aprivate limited Company under the name and style of InfraPlastic industries Private Limited. The name of the Companywas changed to Infra Industries Private Limited on14.07.1994. The Private Limited Company was subsequentlyconverted into a public limited Company vide specialresolution passed on 05.08.1994 and a Certificate of Changeof Name was issued by Registrar of Companies Maharashtraon 23.09.1994.MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANYThe main objects of the Company are set out in itsMemorandum of Association and include inter-alia as under:1. To carry on business as manufacturers mouldersproducers refiners fabricators assemblers suppliersstationers and dealers in plastic materials articlescompounds intermediaries derivatives and by-products.2. To manufacture plastic goods and articles for householdand commercial use and for industries railways defenceand other establishments.3. To buy sell import export and deal in plastics andplastic articles and to act as contractors brokers andcommission agents for buying and selling plastic andplastic articles.PRESENT BUSINESSThe company is one of the largest manufacturers ofrotational moulded plastic products in the organised sectorof the country Manufacturing unit is located in RaigadDistrict Maharashtra. The large proprietary range ofproducts include Water Storage Tanks Chemical StorageTanks Material Handling Bins and Containers. Apart fromthese standard products the Company is also manufacturingSpecialised Products for specific applications like WasteBins Traffic Cones Planters Industrial Pallets andInsulated Boxes. Installed capacity of the plant is 780 TPAThe product manufactured are well accepted in the buildingconstruction material industry under the brand name INFRA.
