Our Company was originally incorporated as “Infollion Research Services Private Limited” at New Delhi as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated September 09 2009 issued by the Registrar of Companies National Capital Territory of Delhi & Haryana. Subsequently our Company was converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act 2013 pursuant to the approval accorded by our Shareholders at their extra-ordinary general meeting held on September 03 2022.
