The Company was incorporated on May 06 2011 as a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Mumbai in the name and style of “Craft Financial Advisors Private Limited. Further the name of the Company was changed to ‘Homesfy Realty Private Limited’ vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 08 2021.
