KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES IN THE HISTORY OF THE COMPANY :1985-The company was incorporated as Ram Lal Harbans Lal Limited 1986-Certificate of Commencement of Business. -The name of the Company was changed to Hi-Tech Pipes Limited1988-Started Production of MS. Pipes. 1996-Started Production of Strips. 1999-Issued bonus share in the ratio of 1:1 to the shareholders 2013-Issued bonus share in the ratio of 5:1 to the shareholders 2015-Issued bonus share in the ratio of 1:1 to the shareholders -Gross Turnover of the Company crossed Rs. 500 crores. -Started production at Sanand plant Gujarat.
