The name was changed to Himalaya International Ltd.on 19th April 1994 & Fresh Certificate of Incorporation wasobtain from ROC-NCT of Delhi and Haryana.The company entered into an Agreement with Himalaya Calcium (P)Ltd. on 10th April 1992 and took over its Assets andLiabilities at a total consideration of Rs. 70 Lacs. The sameafter modifications was put into production in May 1993.
