The Company was incorporated on 8th November 1993 underthe Companies Act 1956 with Registrar of Companies -Gujarat at Ahmedabad as HILLTONE INDUSTRIAL GASES LIMITEDwith the main object of Manufacturing Industrial Gases likeOxygen and Nitrogen with installed capacity to Manufacture1135000 Cu.Mtrs. of Oxygen & 1577000 Cu.Mtrs. ofNitrogen. The Company has obtained all the requiredlicenses/approvals for the project and is in the process ofimplementing the aforesaid project. The company obtainedthe certificate of commencement of business on 4th January1994. After obtaining Certificate of Commencement ofBusiness the process of identification of project sitepreparation of project report preparation of Buildingplans identification of machinery suppliers appraisal ofthe report arrangement of Term Loan finance from TheMehsana Urban Co.Op. Bank Ltd. and Working Capital financefrom Union Bank of India were undertaken. The procedurefor obtaining N.A. permission of land was simultaneouslyundertaken. N.A.permission for four (4) blocks ofcompany''s land has been received. Land leveling work iscompleted & construction work has begun.2.
