BCC Finance Ltd. was incorporated on 8th July 1993 as a Pblic Limited Company under the name and style of BCCHousing Finance nad Leasing Limited and obtained aCertificate of Commencement of Business on 28th July 1993subsequently the Name has been changed to BCC FINANCELIMITED and the certificate to that effect was obtainedfrom ROC Madhya Pradesh Gwalior on 13th December 1994.The registered office is at Chamber No.R/4 VastlyaChambers 31 Sneh Nagar Indore M.P.PRESENT BUSINESSThe Company presently engaged in the business of billsdiscounting Investment and Trading in Shares andSecurities. Total income for the accounting year ended on31.3.1995 was Rs.24.21 lacs. The Company now plans to expand and diversify its businessactivities to suit the changed business environment of theCountry''s Economy after the liberalisation with the fastergrowth and development of Trade and Industry. The role ofNon-Banking Finance Companies (NBFCs) is increasing day byday as these NBFCs are providing finance faster andrendering personalised prompt services. Further with theeconomic liberalisation the avenues for finance andfinancial services are increasing tremendously.SUBSIDIARIES OF THE COMPANY:The Company does not have any Subsidiary within the meaningof Section 4 of the Companies Act 1956.
