Our Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name of “Tiff Care Industries Private Limited” on November 08 2019 under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 bearing Corporate Identification Number U52520MH2019PTC332778 issued by the Registrar of Companies – Maharashtra at Mumbai. Subsequently name of our company changed to “Healthy Life Agritec Private Limited” vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 22 2020 issued by Registrar of Companies - Mumbai. Further our company was converted into Public Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and the name of our Company was changed to “Healthy Life Agritec Limited” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company dated March 082022 bearing Corporate Identification Number U52520MH2019PLC332778 issued by the Registrar of Companies - Mumbai.Key Milestones :2019Incorporation of our company as “Tiff Care Industries Private Limited”2020-Name of our company changed to “Healthy Life Agritec Private Limited”-Company started its operation as trading of Milk and Live Chicken2021M/s.
