HARMONY CAPITAL SERVICES LTD was incorporated as a LimitedCompany on 19th September 1994 with Registrar of CompaniesRajasthan Jaipur and the Certificate of Commencement of Business was obtained on 4th October 1994.Since the date of incorporation the company has beenproviding project consultancy loan syndication marketingand advisory services in the capital market with a majorthrust on non fund based activities.A brief note on Company''s activities is as follow:i. Project Consultancy Loan Hire Purchase (H.P.) andLease Syndication:Under project consultancy the Company prepares projectreports and also conducts detailed appraisal reports. TheCompany has large data bank of various industries and hasalso trained staff for preparing project reports andconducting appraisals. The major activities involved inproject consultancy provided by the Company includescapital structuring preparation of project feasibilityreports techno economic feasibility reports preparationof loan application selection of lending institutionliasioning with various Government departments andinstitutions/Banks etc. In the case of turnkey projectsthe activities right from selection of the project tillproject completion are carried out by the company. Thecompany has syndicated assets on lease for Sri VijayaMarble & Granites Limited. The Company is currentlyengaged in providing financial consultancy to ChambalBreweries & Distillaries Limited Vakrangee InvestmentsLimited and Indo European Breweries Limited for theirforthcoming Public/rights issues.ii. Arranging of Intercorporate Deposits (ICDs) and BridgeFinances:The Company arranges Intercorporate Deposits for itsclients and also arranges Bridge Finances against thepublic issue as well as rights Issues. The Company has alist of established corporate clients. HCSL has arrangedintercorporate deposit for Sharda Impex (Pvt) Limited. HSCLhas also syndicated Post issue Bridge Loan from FederalBank Limited for its client M/s Shukra Diamond ExportsLimited against their public issue in December 1994. At present the company is mainly engaged in(I) Financial consultancy(II) Lease and hire purchase syndication(III) Arranging bill discounting limits(IV) Inter corporate deposits(V) Bridge loan against public issue/right issue(VI) Preparation of feasibility reports(VII) Capital structuring etc.(VIII) Consultancy to public/right issue(IX) Loan Syndication with Banks and Financialinstitutions.
