Our Company was incorporated as a private limited as “Hannah Joseph Hospital Private Limited” at Tamil Nadu as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated October 24 2011 issued by the Registrar of Companies (“ROC”) Tamil Nadu Chennai Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Subsequently our Company was converted to a public limited company and the name of our Company changed to ‘Hannah Joseph Hospital Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 29 2022 was issued by the RoC Chennai.
